Implants are the best option for a patient with missing teeth, given that we can place them on a patient’s mouth, because it’s a procedure that does not involve working on any other teeth. The staff is efficient and friendly, the dentist friendly and very good at her craft. I had an old silver filling replaced (they last a long time, but not forever). She painlessly numbed just that tooth and I left with a completed white filling, no facial numbness and no restrictions as to what or when I could eat next. Couldn’t have been easier unless she made house calls!

I’ve been going to laser dental for the last three years. I have extreme dental anxiety from a previous office and if it wasn’t for Dr Peppa and Lisa, I would have a hard time going at all. They prioritize your comfort as much as your safety and health. I’ve had cavities filled by Dr Peppa and she truly did make it a breeze. She takes breaks and talks me through it all. Your cost will depend on many variables. To determine the final cost of your implants and replacement teeth, we’ll have to know how many implants you need, the condition of your jawbone and oral health, and the type of replacement teeth you want. Once we’ve examined your mouth, taken X-rays, and created a treatment plan, we can give you an accurate price on your implant treatment.
The process for getting dental implants is usually comfortable. An oral surgeon will place your implants using anesthesia, then your dentist here at Laser Dental Associates will anchor new replacement teeth to them after a healing period. As for placing your new teeth, we use painless anesthesia with The Wand®, plus laughing gas is always available to help you relax.
Once you and your dentist have decided on a treatment plan, we’ll refer you to a trusted local oral surgeon who will place your implants. They will map out a placement procedure so they know the exact location to put each implant. Over the next few months, your implants will fuse with your jawbone, becoming a sturdy base for new teeth.
An implant must be surrounded by healthy gums and bone to heal properly once it’s placed. Depending on your oral health, we may recommend gum disease treatment or a bone graft before you receive an implant. Once healed, loose implants are exceptionally rare. In some cases, the restorations attached to your implants can come loose. If so, we can tighten or replace the restoration.
