What actually inspired me to start the practice was when I got out of dental school, I realized that if we were going to deliver the quality of treatment that I wanted to deliver, I'd have to have control of it. I was an associate in an office in Royal Oak for three months, and I learned what I didn't want to do during those three months' period of time. I left there and we opened this practice in October of '78.
My motivation was to help people better their health and improve their ability to maintain it. I feel that if we can encourage and teach our patients how to easily maintain their oral health, they'll live better lives because of it.
The most rewarding aspect would be seeing not only our patients refer their friends and family, but seeing their family members refer their friends and family to our practice. We have now three and four generations of patients coming to see us. I find it absolutely amazing.
Being that I've been doing dentistry now for over 40 years, it's incredible to see it evolve the way it has. We're always trying to better our skills. Dentistry is changing. Dentistry is becoming much more involved, much more digital, and you have to stay up with that. You have to keep up that. We want to deliver the best for our patients. We want to deliver the best products. We want to deliver the best dentistry. You have to be able to know what's best for them. If it's always changing, you've got to change with them.
For Dr. Frank Rosner, the most rewarding part of being a family dentist in Sterling Heights is seeing his patients grow up and bring their own children to our office. He became a dentist so he could help people of all ages improve their oral health. Since he began practicing in 1978, he has been committed to providing comfortable, modern, and stress-free service to every patient who visits Laser Dental Associates. He also follows the Golden Rule, treating every patient how he would want to be treated.
Dr. Rosner is a 1978 graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry, and he earned his MSBA degree from Madonna University in 1994. He opened his own practice in October of 1978. Dr. Rosner is highly regarded by both patients and his peers for his expertise, sincerity, gentleness, kindness, and trustworthiness. He was rated a top doctor in Sterling Heights in 2017, and he served as a clinical instructor at his alma mater in 1982.
Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Esther, and their dog, Emma, in Florida. He has two adult children, Jeremy and Arielle, and four grandchildren: Ethan, CJ, Dylan, and Shayna. He also administers his travel business.
